How the List Randomizer works
Paste a list, one item per line, and choose what to do: pick one or more winners, shuffle the whole list into a random order, or split it into a number of groups. Duplicates can be removed first, so nobody gets two entries.
The draw uses your browser's cryptographically secure random generator and an unbiased shuffle (Fisher–Yates), so every order and every winner is exactly equally likely. Winners are never repeated, and groups differ in size by at most one.

Is the result really random?

Are the names stored?
No. The list stays in your browser and is gone when you close the page.
