How the Case Converter works
Paste your text and choose a case. The result updates as you type, and you can switch between cases without retyping anything. Text is converted in your browser and never uploaded.
The programming cases (camelCase, PascalCase, snake_case, kebab-case and CONSTANT_CASE) split text into words at spaces, punctuation and changes of case, so userAccountID, user_account_id and User Account ID all convert cleanly. Each line is converted separately, so you can paste a whole list of names.

Frequently asked questions
Why did Title Case lowercase my acronyms?
Title Case capitalizes the first letter of every word and lowercases the rest, so “NASA” becomes “Nasa”. Fix acronyms by hand afterwards. It also capitalizes short words like “of” and “the”, which some style guides keep lowercase.
Does Sentence case know about names?
No. It capitalizes only the first letter of each sentence and line, so names, places and the word “I” become lowercase and need fixing by hand.
What's the difference between camelCase and PascalCase?
camelCase starts with a lowercase letter (firstName), PascalCase with a capital (FirstName). JavaScript uses camelCase for variables and PascalCase for classes and components.
